What are the shipping times for your products?
We take 2-4 business days to process your order and then 2-3 weeks to deliver it to you.
Do you ship all over the world?
Yes, absolutely. We ship worldwide.
NB: International orders are subject, upon import, to customs duties that apply when your package arrives at its destination. We cannot predict the charges. For more information on your country's customs policies, please contact the local customs office.
Customs charges are the responsibility of the recipient. Your local carrier may be able to give you information on the method of payment accepted upon delivery if applicable.
Where do we ship your product from?
Our offices are located in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada.
Our international warehouses are located in England, Singapore or China. We work directly with reliable suppliers across the world. This allows us to offer our customers exceptional products at very competitive prices.
We sample every item and even visit factories to ensure the best product quality and durability.
Do you provide product tracking / tracking information?
The order confirmation email is sent to your email address within 24 hours of payment. Please check your spam emails or trash as it may also be found there.
3 days after your order if you miss the email, you can ask us by email at email address info@danxometrading.com
Some items are missing from my order, what's going on?
Our products are shipped separately according to your order. If this contains, for example, items from two different warehouses, there will therefore be two deliveries. The rest of the order will most likely arrive shortly.
I received a damaged item. What can I do?
We are sorry to hear that. Simply send us an image of the damaged item in question to the email address: info@danxometrading.com and we will send you a similar replacement item as soon as possible.

We are located in Canada, Alberta province, Edmonton city.
I still have not received my order. What is taking so long?
We apologize for the delay. Sometimes international shipping may take longer than expected due to customs clearance. You can instead track your order and see where is it at any time. If you still feel that you need assistance in tracing your package or would like to inquire about it, please contact us by email at: info@danxometrading.com
Do you have a refund policy?
We do our best to resolve any issues that our customers may have with their items online. If you still wish to receive a refund on your order, we can of course complete the payment, in the event that the appeal is made within 30 days of the date of the order and the product (s) concerned are not on sale. How do I return and replace my item?
We firmly believe in the quality of our products. We therefore offer a 14-day risk-free money-back guarantee (return shipping costs excluded).
If for some reason you are not satisfied with your product, simply return it to us within 14 days of reception. We will refund or exchange your product.
Please contact us by at info@danxometrading.com first and we will provide you with the appropriate return shipping address.

What currency are your store prices in?
Our store prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD).
Do you have stores or just an online store?
We do not have physical stores. We have chosen to only sell our products online.
Do we have to sign for the shipment?
You don't need to sign for the shipment.
What if I want to cancel my order?
Most items are processed within 6-8 hours. If you wish to cancel your order for any reason, please email us at info@danxometrading.com within 24 hours of your purchase.
